The Heart Behind Thrive
Hi, I’m Vanessa! A New Jersey native, Latina, Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and founder of Thrive Fascial Therapy. I created Thrive from a deep passion for helping others feel supported, connected, and cared for through gentle holistic hands-on manual therapy
My background and research in occupational therapy, along with advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release through “Upledger Institute”, CranialSacral Fascial Therapy through “Lori Hendrickson”, Myofascial Release through “Howard Method” in NYC, and others has shaped my whole-body approach to wellness.
Rather than only focusing on superficial symptoms, I believe in helping the body get to the root of tension, pain, stuck emotion, imbalance, and discomfort to support healing from within in a gentler, more holistic way than traditional approaches.
Thrive was created to provide a therapeutic, client-centered environment where infants, children, and adults can receive individualized care focused on nervous system regulation, functional wellness, movement, and overall physiological balance.
My goal is to combine clinical knowledge with compassionate care to create meaningful sessions that support comfort, regulation, movement, and whole-body wellness for all ages.
Welcome!
