Thrive Fascial Therapy is an out-of-network provider, which means that all clients must pay for services rendered at the time they are provided. This allows sessions to remain highly individualized, , and focused on whole-body wellness without the limitations often associated with insurance-based treatment models.
Superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to submit for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan

Your first session will include a quick occupational therapy-informed evaluation, discussion of concerns and goals, and gentle hands-on treatment tailored to your needs.

Most sessions take place on a comfortable treatment table in a calm and relaxing environment. Infant sessions may also take place in our infant corner with a floor mat, toys, and calming supports to encourage comfort and engagement throughout session.

Yes. Techniques used are gentle, individualized, and adjusted based on each client’s comfort level and response to treatment.

Every client responds differently. Some individuals may benefit from occasional wellness sessions, while others may require more ongoing support depending on their goals and concerns.
Typical recommendation may include 1x a week for 4-6 weeks.

Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended to allow for relaxation and ease of movement during treatment. For certain hands-on techniques, clients may feel more comfortable wearing athletic shorts and a sports bra/tank top if comfortable with direct treatment to specific areas of the body. Infants should arrive in comfortable clothing and parents are encouraged to bring any feeding or comfort items needed during the session.

Absolutely! Parent/caregiver involvement is encouraged during pediatric sessions to support comfort, education, and carryover at home.

Yes! Thrive Fascial Therapy is provided by a licensed Doctor of Occupational Therapy. Occupational therapy looks at the whole person and how the body’s physical, sensory, and nervous system needs can influence everyday function instead of just coming in for a hands-on session
Sessions may incorporate craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, fascial techniques, movement, and other hands-on approaches to support meaningful daily activities—from feeding, sleep, play, and development in little ones to mobility, comfort, and everyday function in adults.
